Get Real

I approached the process of picking a real estate agent with a mix between a job interview and a date. I didn't have a lot of references for agents specializing in the hoodbridge area, so there was no initial easy choice. I was intent on finding somebody that was a 'good fit', successful in their career but not too pushy or aggressive, and someone that would be sensitive to my special needs. After meeting with three potential agents, I think my qualifications got a little more realistic. I settled on a married couple from Pennsylvania that has been in the business for 22 years. They actually did meet all of my requirements. The only thing that I raise an eyebrow at is their marketing strategy. I hope that potential home buyers don't think I'm in the wine business.
