Lenten Rules
According to Carly, our Designated Lenten Exception Representative, it is ok to break your Lenten Promise under the following circumstances:
*It's your birthday
*It's your roommate's birthday
*It's a special occasion (i.e. dinner at your roommate's parent's house)
*It's St. Patrick's day, and a hot guy at a bar buys you a drink (or any guy)
*It's the weekend of St. Patrick's day
*It's your vacation
*It's Sunday (I disagree with this one...it's a cop out and only applies to kids, Laura)
Please let me know if I've missed any.
I would also like to give a shout out to my friends who aren't Catholic but join in on the Lenten fun of sacrificing their favorite things during the Easter Season.
*Please note that the exceptions listed above are not recognized by the Catholic Church and in no way represent the views of the blog owner.
I will probably need to say 10 Hail Mary's for this posting.

Thanks to the Lenten Exception Consultant for helping me survive the Lenten season.
